ANSWERS:-
x = 40; m<1 = 60°; m<2 = 60°; m<3 = 120°; m<4 = 30°
Arcs are measured in terms of its central angle. Now we have at the center, 360° in all. This 360° is the measure of the total arcs in the circle. i.e. 3 arcs in our prob. Now, you can probably understood and solve such probs. Feel free to contact me.
