Find the equation of the plane through (2, 1, 5) which is parallel to the plane 2x-y+5z = 4

the parallel plane must be of the form 2x-y+5z=D
since
(2, 1, 5) lies on the plane sub for x,y and z to get D

4-1+25=D
D=28
so the plane has the equation 2x-y+5z=28
